Ganesha4u is a digital astrology platform. All our services — including AI-generated responses, instant reports, and expert astrologer consultations — are delivered electronically through our website or mobile application. No physical goods are shipped or mailed.

Upon successful payment and completion of your request, your astrological report or reading is made available for instant access within your account under "My Orders". In addition, a confirmation email containing your report (or a secure link to access it) is sent to your registered email address.

• Instant Reports: Delivered immediately upon payment, typically within 1–2 minutes.
• AI-Generated Questions: Answered within 1–5 minutes of submission.
• Expert Astrologer Reports: Delivered within 48–72 hours of order confirmation, depending on the complexity of the analysis.

If you do not receive your report via email, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also access all your reports directly from your account at any time. For persistent issues, contact us at services@ganesha4u.com.

Once delivered, your digital reports remain accessible through your Ganesha4u account for as long as your account is active. You may download or print your reports for personal, non-commercial use.

In the rare event of a technical failure that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us with your order details and we will ensure prompt re-delivery at no additional cost.
