Ganesha4u provides Vedic astrology-related services including but not limited to AI-generated astrology responses, instant reports, expert astrologer consultations, personalised reports, and related digital content. All services are delivered through our online platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and to update it as necessary.

Our astrological readings and reports depend entirely on the accuracy of the birth details (date, time, and place) you provide. Ganesha4u is not liable for incorrect or misleading readings arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information submitted by the user.

Payments for services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways integrated with our platform. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Once a payment is successfully processed and a service is delivered or initiated, the transaction is considered complete and binding.

Astrological readings, predictions, and reports provided by Ganesha4u are for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Users are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on our services. Ganesha4u does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

All content on our platform — including text, graphics, reports, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of Ganesha4u / Astrology Roots and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the security of our platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ganesha4u and Astrology Roots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
